    Definitely not Very Good condition🙁 I would call it 'Good' at best; both front and back covers have small stains which are not bad on their own. What immediately caught my eye and disappointed me was the deep folded over mark running the length of the front cover😥 Both covers are dog-eared; with several 'cracks', in addition to impressions of writing. How does a book get horizontal creases?

    what a surprise...

    i was surprised and disappointed. it is in an outline sort of form. from what i understood from the radio broadcasts it would be the text of his sermons. instead it is a study guide to be used with the CDs of his sermons... which i doubt that i will invest in
