Needs a full check over before use as many fasteners were not tight but this is simple to do & dosen't take overlong. the toosl provided are poor so allow for some decent tools. Having said that it is well worth the money & is still the cheapest by a long way even after buying up-graded tools & works well when mounted & set up correctly.

Once they had received the pictures they immediately informed me that they would be sending a replacement and were very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The colour is grey, it feels very sturdy time will tell when we go camping, the price was reasonable for a camping toilet.
