The item was the size I needed. The shirt was put into use immediately after a rebranding which consists of a velcro stick on and the client logo on top of the said stick on placed on the old patch.

Buyer messaged us stating one of the headphones did not work. We messaged buyer that we can issue a full refund and to return the item no issues. The item was brand new unopened and we could deal with the manufacturer from our end. Buyer did not like the fact that they had to return item and wanted us to refund on the spot. The buyer wanted the item and full refund. Overall result was negative feedback and poor choice of words.
