Seller is either a liar, grossly incompetent, or both. Item ordered 9/7. Nearly 20 days later, it still has not shown as being shipped by the USPS. Has yet to ship the book. First says he could not locate the book. Then offered to ship me something I did not want. Then, hilariously, claimed not to know how to get a refund. Maybe choose a new line of work then? I submitted a refund claim through eBay. The low feedback number should have been a warning to me. Not big money, but big aggravations.
