I attempted to cancel my order 3 minutes after placing it due to incorrect shipping address. 3 out of 4 sellers accepted the cancellation request immediately and I was able to place a new order with the correct address.
This is the only seller that refused to cancel the order and they refuse to respond to my attempts to contact them directly.
I ended up buying the same product from a different seller at a lower price due to this poor experience.
I do NOT recommend buying from this seller.
