    Not Good and Not Safe

    I understand that this is a cheap lock, and people buy it because of its price. However, the cable is NOT strong by any means. I was able to cut it with a standard dyke tool (used for cutting small wires). Obviously, if someone breaks into your house, they can just take the whole gun and cut the lock off, but if you have a young child, who knows where tools are, it is extremely easy to cut. It took no effort to cut this cable. I had to cut a cable lock off for a friend who accidentally lost his keys. I forgot the make of the lock, but it was a more expensive cable lock, but I could not cut it with Metal scissors, dykes, an electric Reciprocating saw or bolt cutters. I had to use a metal GRINDER and there was a ton of sparks. It wasn't much thicker, but it was for sure extremely hard to ...
