    Wrong item received so was not too happy. Seller wanted me to return wrong item but I have no printer or any means of printing return label so still was not happy. Seller very understanding and kindly refunded my money and told me to keep the three boxes of grout that were sent by mistake.     My fault....thought it would be longer so have had to extend with string! Easier than exchange wait....otherwise does a good job BUT would NOT be suitable for big or very wet items

    Absolute waste of money

    It's made of cheap plastic, fixings are rubbish - I used my own ones. Lines are simply not strong enough to stay in place when you hang a single tshirt, they stretch a lot with minimum weight on it. Do not waste your money, it's useless. Since I've drilled holes already, I made something similar from two pieces of wood and strong lines. Works out cheaper and is much better as it actually does the job.

    Heavy duity braided roll out line

    Body of the product ok the lines first impression good then found out they are just braided with no core hence just keep on stretching will not hold tension with cloths on What a complete waste of time not fit for use all down to using cheep braided cord without a core to stop it from stretching.

    extended only half way

    this didn't extend 3 metres as claimed. although there was plenty of line left on the roll, the winding mechanism jammed and wouldn't go any further. when i tried to help it roll out fully it made clunking sounds as if it was going to break, so i stopped.
