Purchase of item was normal, however delivery was pants, as per another review my box was left in the bin, fortunately I had read that review and was able to grab my parcel before the bin collection took place some 45mins after. Having spoken to the seller he really couldn't care two sh**s. Now to the item itself, personally speaking I think it is a poor product has an extremely weak motor the dual action isn't actually dual action it simply only vibrates, contact with surface prevents spinning
