Good item well packaged. Always a problem with click and collect, though, that the seller never tracks the parcel and confirms as ready for collection. This means that there's no message to say that the item is ready to pick up. Also there's no bar code to scan, so the person behind the counter is reluctant to sift through the parcels to find the right one. Seems to be a common problem with private sellers on eBay using the collection option. They never follow through with the postage process.
