Item was described as new. It clearly wasn't new. The inner packaging was ripped and had hair stuck to it among other things. Messages to seller were ignored. Also slow dispatch so was late.

Good morning, as explained when we replied and fully refunded you (still yet to get the item back) the new item was opened slightly to check the item as a small business we like to check the items before sending to make sure theres no problems and cut down returns. Quick delivery. Lovely throw. Surprised it arrived without the box. Description said box may be damaged & item only removed for testing. There was a grubby patch ( easily rinsed off) & a few bits needed picking off. I’d say it wasn’t as “new” as suggested, but it does work fine & for the price I paid, I’m a very happy customer. Thank you.
