Everything about the whole transaction was a complete nightmare. Firstly the sellers lack of communication was non existent after stating the part would fit my car. Secondly the part did not fit and was damaged although the damage would not have been a problem if it fitted the car and the alternator part numbers were incorrect too. Thirdly the attitude of the seller was the worst that I have come across in 18 years of dealing with eBay. Fourthly the seller is blanking me and refusing to refund
