The service level from this seller was remarkably high. We live in a fairly remote location but still received delivery the day after purchase, which I think is a first for us. The carrier recorded that it was left in our porch (we don't have one!) However, swift and positive follow-up from the seller helped me to locate it in a storage box in my garden.
