Bought these bulbs and 2 were damaged don t think it was the company but the postal delivery service company anyway we didn t get anything returned as we were on holiday and left this to another person to sort out but they didn t. Now some of the bulbs have stopped working and so now we are trying to solve the problem now by contacting the seller . Who are happy to rectify the problem for positive feed back. Come back old filament bulbs

The order was dispatched to you on 9th February, if the order arrived damaged then we would have more than happily sent out any replacements if you had contacted us within 30 days, and as far as we can see you did not contact us. Therefore, it seems somewhat unfair to leave us unfavourable feedback so long after the order was sent to an issue we were not given the opportunity to rectify for you.
