My item arrived nearly a week late, asked for my postage to be refunded which wasn’t even acknowledged, send numerous emails to the seller but never got no response, finally got a response after 2 days and the buyer tried to blame Royal Mail due to the Christmas rush which I do not believe as I received other purchases ordered after and they arrived fine, after checking the tracking it was actually sent out late from yourselves so not Royal Mails fault, own your mistake, honestly goes a long way
