Received the wrong item with correct but separate backing card - I asked for a £1 refund which is the price of the 'cadet' model that I received - seller insists it's the correct item, says I can return it if I'm unhappy with it - which would be at my own expense. And - my bad - I used the item before checking. No other resolution offered by seller. I've included photos of both item and backing card. Comparison between item sent and item ordered should be enough - but it's not.

In response to this negative feedback, we would like to explain that the customer never supplied any photographic evidence of the backing card provided with the order and they explained that they had already used the item. As they could not provide proof that the item that was different from the one they ordered, we suggested that they return the item for a full refund. They decided not to return the item.
