We've been there before and have paid out of our own pocket to ensure we aren't too late. Eventually offered a repost or partial refund then reposted before we could reply + said they would lose money if they refunded. Now have two sets too late. I offered a refund, but they closed the case and left negative feedback. Now they have two items, and I'm out of pocket for trying to do the right thing. Their feedback shows their behaviour on this platform. Very unfair.
