I contacted the seller days after expecting delivery and was told that the item had been lost by the carrier and a refund would be processed. I fund this explanation unsatisfactory because no carrier or tracking information was ever identified, nor did the seller offer the alternative to re-ship. Yes, a refund was eventually reimbursed, but what good is it if I didn't get my purchase? I do not feel this seller is reliable
