I asked to cancel the order after 2 days as it had still not been marked as shipped, then it was conveniently marked as shipped immediately after asking. The seller was then hostile in several messages, which was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Then when I asked for the tracking information for the order they stopped responding, and I haven't heard from them since. I still don't have the order almost a month later, hopefully I can now get my money back. Terrible seller, would not recommend

You were refunded in full, and as for rude I think you must be thinking about your own actions, I did not stop responding even though you sent me multiple messages.As for cancelling your order it was to late and this was explained.I mean just look at my other feedback does it fit with what you say?From sellerYou are saying my order has been dispatched, but also that it wasn't packaged until the end of yesterday? It can't have been shipped today as Royal Mail are closed for the bank holiday,

At the time I left the feedback you had not refunded me, I have now received a refund but only since opening a case with ebay. When you told me the order had shipped so couldn't be cancelled my response was that I understood, you then sent 3 hostile and rude messages. I responded with 2 messages asking you to provide the tracking information for my order, both messages were ignored. If you think asking for tracking information is rude then that says more about you than me. Extremely poor service
