Item was delivered quickly, days before it was even supposed to arrive. Seller communicated promptly and helpfully. Item arrived very well packaged and in a similar condition to what was described. A few scratches on the screen which due to the angles the pictures in the listing were taken were not visible before purchasing but they are slight and not visible whilst playing so overall a great experience, would use this seller again.

My item arrived nearly a week late, asked for my postage to be refunded which wasn’t even acknowledged, send numerous emails to the seller but never got no response, finally got a response after 2 days and the buyer tried to blame Royal Mail due to the Christmas rush which I do not believe as I received other purchases ordered after and they arrived fine, after checking the tracking it was actually sent out late from yourselves so not Royal Mails fault, own your mistake, honestly goes a long way
