We use Royal Mail Signed For for all of our orders and when I pressed for more info, the buyer only told me their address and reiterated that they hadn't received it. However, Royal Mail had provided proof of delivery in the form of their surname, a signature, and the correct GPS coordinates on the delivery date. The buyer did not refute any of this or provide any extra info, so we felt the proof of delivery was sufficient.
