eats batterys and timer dont seem to function without mains power.. WHY ?
seems to have a fault with power supply to radio many many listed as parts Sony must make some bad products occasionally and this could be one.. CHECK reviews GENUINE ownership on product as i didnt know the timer didnt function when on battery so mains power makes it not a portable radio for beach or relaxing in the park with popmaster ..

It feels quality, sound good, easy to use. Batteries or plug in. No carry handle but that might have spoilt design. Volume dial is easy to use but not as easy as a knob to turn.
