The item itself was perfect - a fine specimen, well-packed and as described.
The problem was with the choice of courier - DX, - who failed to meet the promised delivery two days running ... and with Direct Plants' customer service, who ignored my enquiry to find out whether my plant would be left in a warehouse over the Bank Holiday weekend.
They sent plenty of computer-generated "Your parcel is on its way"- type messages, but they failed to respond to my direct request for clarification.
