I tried to communicate the price down because there were other ones lower but they only had 1. My mom wanted both. Ebay is setup so that we can talk and see if we can get price down seller didn't want to move on lowering the price but I still got them for my mom. But to be so harsh knowing your price gouging is crazy to me. But do what you need to do to make your money but I am not happy. I got the product after delayed delivery and they smelled and looked like they had been packed up.

I'm sorry that you feel that you were price gouged when the going rate is comparable to other sellers online and department stores online. The kitchen shears were packed safely in packing paper for cross-country shipment and did not carry an odor to them, as you have stated. Also, any shipping delays would be on the postal service, for I mailed out your order the very next morning and the hiccup was in a nearby postal processing center in Atlanta, GA near your residence (delayed by one day).
