The item was not as described. There were some scratches and a couple of dead pixels. The DC/AC was missing. The seller said it would dispatch one, but it never happened. Overall, the seller tried to "help" and offered a "solution" to resolve the problems. I give neutral feedback as, ultimately, the seller is kind and would have accepted a return—I give the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps the seller is just careless - selling on eBay for some quick cash, so ask plenty of questions when purchasing
