After contacting the seller I was assured that their logistics team was working to find out what happened and to please be patient for 48 hrs. I was hopeful the pkg would eventually arrive but it did not. Seller immediately refunded my money. Unfortunate that I did not receive the pkg but the customer service was very timely and refunded my money right away after a short waiting period.
