The seller packed the film strip poorly for shipping. No padding was used (thin paper envelope only) and film strips are very fragile. It arrived damaged. I had to be very persistent to get a partial refund that was reflective of the damage to the item, as the seller only wanted to refund a minuscule amount back and blamed USPS for “mishandling”. Leaving neutral feedback instead of negative because the seller did end up refunding almost as much as I had asked for. Purchase with caution.
