I am giving a positive feedback solely for seller communication. It was prompt. Shipping through Dx is a disaster. They sent me a message that item would be delivered later during the day. Never turned up for the next five days (I acknowledge it was a bank holiday weekend). I have given lowest rating for shipping costs and shipping time for the shambolic service. I am worried about the plant being stressed as it had to be in closed packaging for almost a week. I hope it recuperates.
