I won the Amana American fridge freezer at just before 4pm on the 6/3/24, spent the following day getting quotes for collection from various companies, went online on the morning of the 8/3/24 to pay for the item and arrange collection to find that the seller had cancelled the sale the day before giving the reason as "Buyer asked to cancel the order", which is 100% not true, and I am most unhappy that the seller has wasted my time here. I shall also be reporting the seller to eBay.

We contacted the buyer several times and had radio silence so thought it was another timewaster and cancelled the order. Buyer then messaged in a very antagonistic manner calling us liars. We still have the fridge available so it wouldn't have been an issue at all had he still wanted it but after his messages I wouldn't want him coming to collect from our home.
