Item did not arrive except a bill from the post office for £3.50, seller said they will sort it but item did not arrive, seller said it was sent back to them so they would resend. We had no tracking number and no delivery, seller said post office sent it back again to them as nobody was home to receive item.
With no tracking record and my local postman knows nothing about non delivery I suspect it was not sent the second time.
I asked for my money back but all has gone quiet.

This order arrived late, with only part of the goods. After numerous communications the seller agreed to a partial refund (£34) but neither this or the remaining goods have ever arrived and the seller now refuses to communicate. Because I gave them every chance to co-operate, when I finally opened a case with eBay it was outside of the 30-day money back guarantee period, so no help from eBay. I hate leaving negative feedback but I would avoid this seller at all costs.
