    I contacted this seller several times and was refused a refund. This seller is in China and makes returning an item exceedingly expensive and difficult. My cost for returning a$50 item around $40 and there is no tracking system there to know if your item arrived. The company has an America sending company in Kentucky but the seller would not allow returning it there and WOULD NOT refund my money. Had I known the costs involved with this company, E-bay please be fair and warn buyers.

    You applied for a refund only after you purchased the product and I mailed the product, and did not return it. The EBAY official rejected your application. After receiving the goods, the products are in good condition, EBAy platform and I both support return and refund, we are honest and legal business, do not support only refund without return, or the freight is too expensive (the freight is determined by your country's post office), not our decision

    Sorry, I didn't receive the item it was an accident order. I cancel the order 2mins. after I recognized the mistake and contacted the seller immediately. It takes two days for them to reply said unable to cancel ,keep in my It wasn't even processing. I contacted again they reply my order is shipped. I contacted them again a day later they said I will receive a refund, but I never received the order. This was a very disappointing seller I will not recommend or buy from him. This was the worst!
