Super fast Shippong AAAA++++ Everything was carefully packaged AAAA+++++ BUT - Description was a little off, one of disk drives does not work and one of power plug overheats when plugged in - I’m afraid to use it so B+ for that . As far as communication you’re probably not going to get an answer to any question unless you send several emails. Seller doesn’t seem to like to communicate. In this day & age no excuse & no good. But I’m overall satisfied with the product, so it’s no biggie.
