Poor service - bought headphone cable advertised as "new", item arrived completely snapped through. Sent picture to seller requesting new pair or refund, and seller has up to now made it extremely difficult, even going as far as to plead that I not return the item, to see if I am able to fix it myself in return for a 40% refund. The fact that I am having to barter for a refund for a broken item advertised as new is extremely irritating.
