This stuff is powerful, it really burns! The instructions say to wash hands after use but I didn’t as I am using it for my thumbs & wrists but then I accidentally touched my nose & it burned it. Haven’t used it enough times yet to see if it works for my osteoarthritis. Use with care!!

It does work but very difficult to apply without gloves ! you need a collection of them to be safe as burn you skin etc .. if not careful, would be better on a rollers r stick .more easy to select the place you want with purring it in your hand .
