    I've been using this 2/3 times a day now for a couple weeks and wow: I'm finally getting some relief from my very painful tennis elbow. I've tried voltarol and ibroprufen gel and tiger balm to no effect but this stuff has really worked! The gel absorbs really quick and you can go about your day. It did burn a bit on the 1st day but now I don't notice at all, unless I get in the bath - that can reignite it a bit several hours after. I bought the neutraliser gel just in case but have'nt had2use it
