Sofa arrived very well packaged exactly as described on time, the two delivery lads were also very friendly, we rang the store a few days before delivery to explain we had a narrow hall and the arms would have to be taken off for delivery, even know the sofa had already been wrapped for transport the gentleman on the phone said that it wasn’t a problem, I can honestly say there costumer service and price were outstanding and I would definitely use this shop again, highly recommend A***

The chair was purchased in the late afternoon on Sunday and arrived at my rural southwest Scotland home on the Wednesday! The armchair was well protected and packaged and precisely as described. A fabulous piece of furniture at an excellent price. The sellers were amazing from beginning to end - lovely people who responded quickly to any queries. Delivery was arranged quickly & conveniently. Sadly the item was damaged slightly in transit & delivery wasn't fully completed but the seller rectified everything quickly & provided a refund for the slight damage. They were excellent - cannot recommend them highly enough. Our sofa is fabulous - a quality piece of furniture. Thank you.
