The ad says the seller is in Germany... That's not the case. The box came from Asia somewhere. I emailed that it's not performing as it should and is worse than the transfer box it's replacing. I was told to email a strange email address and explain in more detail and provide a video of the issue. I did, and have not got a reply. Poor experience and money wasted.
