Absolutely packed pathetic putting a collectors item in an envelope and when it falls apart blames the package because it’s an old item. Yet claims there brand new doesn’t make sense I could return it for a refund but what about my time for fuel and having to go out of my way to fix your mistake. And the fact that the buyer who trust your going to do the right thing gets stuffed around and has to wait for you to receive the product before getting your money back times are hard enough for people

I have mentioned that the item must of come loose but sent him a return packaging label with our return option as you can see, was happy to make sure we receive it back - But for some reason you choose not to.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees - But we want him to return it back with the tracking number paid by us.
