I wrote the seller before purchasing a hat to make sure their hats were shipped out in a box and they assured me they were. I get my hat in a plastic bag mashed all up and they want me to jump through hoops for a refund but they are liars and cheats so I don't need a refund but I'll never buy from them again. It's best to pay $1 or $2 more to get products that are in perfect shape and fit properly the hat ran 1/2 inch smaller than the tag claimed the hats size is. A 100% rip off.
