The cardigan is damaged in one sleeve wirh two ladders and one repair. These defects were not pointed out in the description. I contacted the seller about this on receipt of the item. The seller has still not responded. I want to keep the item as it is exactly the right colour for the dress I want to wear with it. But the price I paid was for an undamaged item.

The eBay Abusive Buyer Policy makes clear that "Behaviours we don't allow" include Requesting a partial refund without returning the item. I did not want to provide yet another discount on this already heavily discounted item. I noted that the buyer still intends to use the garment, suggesting said defects are simply a negotiating method, but one which is prohibited on eBay.
