    I have already send u the proof of delivery and after complete investigation Courier service confirmed that parcel has handed over to the resident. There is nothing else I can do on this as we confirmed u received the parcel that s y I told u to contact police. as u said, after police complaint, immediately police called u and informed u that there is no proof of delivery without any investigation. how is it possible?
