I know it said not original box but he could have at least use a bit more protection in the box you used no bubble wrap just a bit of cardboard on top of the microwave very flimsy box

thank you for your feedback. we avoid single use plastic due to environmental impact in packaging, also most customers do not like box filled with dunnage and plastic so we use just enough. the box used is double walled cardboard box and works fine with most of our deliveries.

Was sold a used microwave as new without a box. Even the power cord had some scuffs on it along with smear marks from cleaning all over the microwave door. There was dried up grease on the air vents at the back too. Must of forgot to clean them but a new item shouldn't need cleaning to begin with. Waste Of Time! Waste of parcel tape and petrol to return the item .

the item was listed with actual pictures and the only error on the listing was the condition instead of used it was listed as new. hence a full refund has been issued with return postage on us. please send us your details so we can reimburse for the fuel as well. sorry about the issue.
