Upon attempting to process the return, I discovered that according to U.S. government regulations, the importation of cameras from any country into the United States is prohibited. This regulation is enforced strictly and it renders the camera non-importable and, consequently, non-returnable under these guidelines. As a result, the product cannot be returned once shipped to a U.S. address. This critical detail was not disclosed at the point of sale, leading to a misleading business practices.
