Claimed she shipped the bridle even though she didn't. After a week of asking for the tracking info, she then made up a story that Royal mail couldn't accept it when she tried to ship. She never contacted me regarding that. I do believe she was going to keep the money and the item as I was never contacted about any shipping issues she just told me she would get me tracking information when she got home and never did.
