Unprofessional and disorganized. I made the mistake of not taking the seller's poor feedback seriously when I should've. Paid on 4/26, received tracking on 4/29. I contacted the seller on 5/3 since USPS hadn't received the parcel from him. He lied to me and said he dropped it off that afternoon. I reached back out on 5/7 since USPS was STILL waiting for the item, and the seller FINALLY shipped it under a completely different tracking number - 11 days after purchase. No response or apology.
