Item arrived as described in good packaging. Have never left a negative review but came close this time. Seller did not get package to carrier for 13 days after purchase. Happy to work with someone that is actively trying to correct an unfortunate situation. Had this happen to me when selling where the carrier put the package in the wrong bin & no one could find it for a week. Instead of responding with an apology & a promise for remedy, seller argued & claimed I accused them of stealing.
