I received my CB antenna damaged because of their poor packaging. They used a bubble wrap bag. It should’ve been shipped in a cardboard padded container. I tried contacting the seller as eBay suggested and they only offered a 20% refund. I don’t think refunding me $2.50 is any kind of a lesson for them to have learned. So instead I’m going to leave a bad review so I get my moneys’ worth and maybe they’ll learn to ship their products more carefully next time. “have a lovely day.”
