I bought a softback book from this buyer as a Christmas gift. The listing said it was brand new and in excellent condition. It was shipped in a thin bubble mailer. When the book arrived it was bent and damaged. When I reached out to ask for a refund and sent pictures they said it wasn’t their problem and offered a half refund. With no other option, I accepted but unfortunately this doesn’t cover the cost of this gift. Beware if you are buying something fragile or that needs hcareful packaging.

Yes, the item was brand new and I did apologize to the buyer of my shipment and we did agree to the refund for partial because I don’t wanna lose out as well as they do so beware of this buyer when changing thing around after a agreement
