    Arrived a week ago broken. Not packaged properly to prevent breakage. Was wrapped in a plastic bag. See photo. When I received you could hear the mug moving around. I emailed seller the photos and shared that the mug is broken and I can send back as long as I’m not having to pay to return. And would like a refund. Sadly I didn’t read the reviews and this seems to happen often. Still have not heard from seller…..

    this person was given a full refund immediately. I don't have a magical ability to fix items. Person was unable to understand this. had to contact eBay in order to block them because of how many messages where sent.
