According to the seller "Hello, we can give you a 5% discount, and it can be shipped in about a week or so, thanks."
Item was shipped 3 weeks later, and till this day, no 5% was refunded. I messaged the seller a number of times, asking if they would provide the refund as agreed upon, but never got a response.
