This is a great sourdough set! Glad to have the banneton baskets which fit better in the fridge (for slow fermentation) than my baking tins. The "lame" / tool for scoring the top of the bread is good too. Haven't tried the "dough whisk", can't imagine using such an item. The dough scraper worked well for cutting the dough and scraping it off the worksurface. Good purchase and decent experience, thank you.
